We're so excited to have you register for HoMMUNC XXXVIII! Our registration process is easy and quick. Please follow the steps below to complete registration:

If you have already registered and have not yet received a confirmation email, please feel free to send us an email or simply re-register using the link above.

Please note that while the registration deadline is October 18th, the earlier your school registers, the better we can honor your country and committee requests.
Registration will not be complete without submitting the school delegation fee and the delegate fees. If you are receiving Financial Aid for the conference, this does not apply to you. HoMMUNC XXXVIII will charge a $45 fee for each delegate, along with a $80 fee for each delegation.
The deadline for size alterations to registered delegations is October 18th, after which we ask schools to pay for all delegates they have registered. We unfortunately cannot grant refunds for dropped spots after this deadline. We require payment for invoices by October 20th at the latest.
Once registered, an invoice will be sent to each delegation along with committee assignments. We ask that once this invoice is received, schools send a printed copy of the invoice along with payment in the form of a check to "HoMMUNC" with your school’s name in the memo line to:

Again, we must receive this check by October 20th in order to ensure your school’s participation in HoMMUNC XXXVIII.
